A system called Com Rad Sat, 'Community Satellite Radio', allows us to tune into programming via satellite delivery and switch between our live or pre-recorded service. To provide a 24 hour service program delivery will not be a problem and it costs very little.
Com Rad Sat (Community Satelite Radio) will also provide us with National News and the BBC World Service along with innumerable International programming services.
Due to our relative power consumption, ongoing running costs are low, this allows non-profit community radio a realistic opportunity. Once the initial equipment costs are met our annual running costs are achievable.
